The harder half of the pitch

Supply has to arrive before demand is provable, which means this site sells a marketplace that is, at the moment a shop reads it, mostly empty. It cannot lead with volume it does not have yet.

So it leads with the work instead: what a listing gets you, how bookings arrive, what running a shop page actually involves. Concrete beats aspirational when the reader is deciding whether to spend an afternoon on setup.

A different reader from the consumer site

This audience is at a desk as often as on a phone, is comparing Garaje against doing nothing, and is asking what it costs in time before what it costs in money. That reorders the page: what it is, what it takes, then what it earns.

Sharing a backend with the consumer site keeps the two consistent without forcing them into one voice — the same platform, described twice, to two people who would not have read each other's version.
